Introducing the country's first puncture saving technology in tyres, JK Tyre has launched the 'Puncture Guard Tyre' which are capable of saving punctures up to 6mm wide in diameter.
JK Tyre has been continuously working towards the betterment of its products and the efforts are now visible in the form of new tech-laden tyres. Tested pan India, across various weather and road conditions, these tyres are claimed to be one of the safest tyres available on sale in India presently. JK Tyre's Puncture Guard technology uses a special elastomer inner lining which is applied over the inner surface in the form of coating. This coating automatically recovers the punctures up to 6mm in diameter which occur whensoever.
JK Tyre claims that the Puncture Guard tyres are available in almost every size for every product available on sale in India. The main aim of the company is to provide a safe and comfortable tyre option for domestic as well as global customers. This self-healing tyre shall become a smart seller once the pan India distribution takes place; as claimed by the JK Tyre.
Apart from this, JK Tyre recently launched their 'Smart-Tyre' scheme as well. This uses a tyre pressure monitoring system which helps the owner to monitor and know the vital statistics about the tyres on their products. These stats include the likes of tyre pressure, puncture alert, etc.

With a total of 12 production houses globally, and 9 out of which are based in India while 3 in Mexico; JK Tyre aims to expand their business via such improved products. Currently, JK Tyre sells around 35 million tyres globally which is subjected to increase with introducing more options to the potential customers.
