Carmakers often bring in huge discounts every month to improve sales and thus increase the market share. For April 2021, Volkswagen is offering a discount of up to Rs 45,000 on some of its models and here's everything you need to know about it.
Volkswagen Polo
The sporty hatchback which has been in the market for a decade now is still going strong. The German carmaker is offering a discount of up to Rs 30,000 on the Polo which includes Rs 20,000 as an exchange bonus and another Rs 10,000 as loyalty points.

The top-spec GT TSI variant gets Rs 45,000 offer which is further seen as Rs 20,000 cash offer, Rs 20,000 exchange bonus and another Rs 10,000 as loyalty points.
Polo is offered in two engine options - a 1.0L MPI and a more powerful 1.0L TSI motor. The latter is enthusiastic friendly and generates 110 PS on tap with 175 Nm of peak torque. This engine is mated to a 6-speed manual and an optional 6-speed torque converter gearbox.
Volkswagen Vento
This C-Segment salon is offered with a 1.0L TSI engine which is the same as Polo. Volkswagen is offering a discount of up to Rs 35,000 which includes Rs 25,000 as exchange and another Rs 10,000 as loyalty benefits. Loyalty benefits are offered to those who are existing Volkswagen customers.

Volkswagen Vento starts with a price of Rs 9.14 lakh and the top model fetches Rs 13.68 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. It rivals Maruti Ciaz, Hyundai Verna, Honda City, Toyota Yaris and Skoda Rapid. The Vento is the least popular sedans in this segment.
