
Car discount offers are not new as every carmaker announces it every month to lure the customers and to increase sales. The homegrown, Tata Motors too is providing a discount worth up to Rs 70,000 on some of its cars for April 2021 and let's check out which model gets the highest offer.
Tata Tiago

The only hatchback in its segment to secure a Global NCAP rating of 4-stars, Tiago is offered with Rs 28,000. This is further seen as Rs 15,000 as cash, Rs 10,000 as exchange and another Rs 3,000 as the corporate. Tiago is priced at Rs 4.85 lakh for the base model and the top-spec model is priced at Rs 6.85 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.

Tata Tiago only comes with a 1.2-litre, three-cylinder naturally aspirated BS6 compliant petrol engine. This unit churns out 84 bhp with 113 Nm of peak torque and is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission as standard. One can also choose the optional AMT with the Tiago.
Tata Tigor

The stretched up version of the Tiago which rivals Maruti Dzire, Hyundai Aura, Honda Amaze and Ford Aspire is being offered with a discount worth Rs 33,000. This is further seen as Rs 15,000 as cash, Rs 15,000 as exchange and another Rs 3,000 as a discount. It gets the same powertrain option as found in the Tiago but offers more features, space than the Tiago. It's price starts from Rs 5.50 lakh and the top model is fetched till Rs 7.65 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.
Tata Harrier
Harrier changed the image of Tata in the mid-size SUV department and it was the V2 version launched last year which churned out more sales. Tata is offering the highest discount of Rs 70,000 on the Harrier, however, it is limited to the regular versions only.

The Dark and Camo editions just get Rs 45,000 worth of discount which involves Rs 5,000 as corporate and another Rs 40,000 as exchange. This discount is applicable on all variants of the Harrier and you can get more if your bargaining skills are good with the dealer.

The Harrier offers several features like a panoramic sunroof, automatic climate control, six airbags, hill hold control, hill descent function, traction control, electronic IRVM, cruise control, keyless entry, start/stop, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and among other features. Tata Harrier starts from Rs 14 lakh and the top model fetches till Rs 20.46 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.
Tata Nexon
If there is one compact SUV or any Tata car per se whose sales have been constant or only grown even in lockdown, it is the Nexon. Tata's best bet in the compact SUV segment, Nexon gets a humble 1.2L turbo petrol and a frugal 1.5L diesel engine under the hood.
The carmaker is providing a discount worth Rs 20,000 on the diesel variants of the Nexon. This is seen as Rs 5,000 as corporate and Rs 15,000 as exchange. Anybody choosing the petrol version of the SUV only gets Rs 5,000 as a corporate bonus.
The Nexon is priced from Rs 7.10 lakh and the top model fetching till Rs 12.80 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. It competes with Renault Kiger, Nissan Magnite, Mahindra XUV300, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Ford Ecosport, Toyota Urban Cruiser and Maruti Brezza.
