Cyborg Armour

Last Updated on 24th Nov'23 :The Cyborg Armour is a cruiser-style electric motorcycle that combines the classic aesthetic of a traditional cruiser with modern electric technology. This non-geared electric motorcycle from Cyborg is available in a single variant and is currently offered without any further updates.

Battery and Motor: The Cyborg Armour comes with a hub-mounted electric motor, which is mounted on the hub of the rear wheel. Cyborg Motors hasn’t revealed the power output of this electric motor, however, this motor is capable enough to give the Armour a top speed of 90 kmph in the Sports mode. The 3.24 kWh lithium-ion battery pack offered in the Cyborg Armour is a swappable battery, which takes 4-5 hours for a full charge while claiming a maximum riding range of 150 km.

Design and features: Going by the design, the Cyborg Armour looks much like a conventional old-school, low-slung cruiser motorcycle, with low-set seats, forward-set foot pegs and a high-set curved handlebar. The electric motorcycle gets a rounded headlamp at the front, which is further accompanied by rounded amber turn indicators and rounded auxiliary lights. All these lighting elements come with a chrome garnish around them.Even the round-themed instrument console, tank-mounted instrument console and side body panel elements are finished in a theme chrome. More chrome can be seen on the mounts of the pillion backrest and surrounds for the tail lamp and turn indicators at the back. The Cyborg Armour also comes with a split seat and a tank-mounted instrument console, which displays vehicle speed and remaining battery level. Like a traditional cruiser, the rider sits a bit low, with the motorcycle having a low seat height.The Cyborg Armour rides on 110/70-17 front and 140/70-17 rear tubeless tyres, which are wrapped over 17-inch alloy wheels. The motorcycle also comes with small side luggage bags on either side of the pillion seat. The additional modern features being offered in the Cyborg Armour include geo-fence, geo-locate, Bluetooth connectivity, USB charger, cruise control, reverse mode, parking mode, eco mode, drive mode and sports mode. Here, the battery pack is there in place of the engine, which is finished in a theme of black to give it a modern appeal. 

Colours: The only colour option in which the Cyborg Armour is available in India is black. 

Rivals: At Rs 1.85 lakh, the Cyborg Armour is one of the decently-priced electric motorcycles, which takes on other similarly-priced bikes like the Oben Rorr and Revolt RV400.
