Review not of this dealer but still relevant. I have plenty of issues with my pure ev epluto7g but the primary one is the battery. If you are thinking of saving some money by buying a electric vehicle, don't buy a pure EV. My vehicle has been giving me range issues after less than a year of buying. I Even kept the vehicle with them for 30-45 days Even after which there is issue with range. Now My vehicle is just giving range of 45-55 km after which it has 1-2 bars. This after riding 90% of time in mode 1 which has top speed of around 34-35. When complained to the dealer they took 3 days to check if they need to send it to the company and said it will take again 1.5 months for pure ev to repair the battery. What I am supposed to do during that time. Take non existent public transport ? Why did I buy a scooter then? I have written about this to the company executives 100s of time but no response. The dealer even claims that even after repair I should only expect range of 75 in mode one and 2 and lower (around 60) if driven in mode 3. Why did I buy this vehicle? Even now the vehicle is with service centre but now company is asking customer to pay and replace the battery. This when battery is under warranty!!! Please read the previous statement again!!

Nothing to say, thought its great bike to buy but the build quality is very bad. When I say very bad it means very very bad..

1 year plus experience in one year I face many issues battery quality is not good light is not proper work switches qualities very poor build quality is poor spare parts prices very high 1 year I change many spare parts of paid services PURE EV Waste of money

Worest service in Vijayawada, No mileage as per showroom comment, No proper response from showroom, Head light not visible on road at night, Caused to accidents, Center stand hitting small speed breakers also, Not satisfied with their promises while in purchasing. Worst scooter, Pure ev company is not responding to me.They are big cheaters.Quality is very poor.They are not standing on their promises. So Friends, Don't Buy PURE EV. Low speed vehicle (ePluto)after purchasing review, after 1 month: --Pros 1. Apperance is really Good, looks like a Vespa, Thats It --Cons 1. Huge sound in batry cabinet, no proper fixture to hold the batry, so its keep on jumping, so much of sound like u are putting some rock in ur diccky 2. the worst part is Charging time is very high, it takes 5.5 Hrs for charging for Full charge, show room people told 3-4 hours.. 3. there are 6 Bars on Charing indiator, Pick up is ok till 4 Bars, 5th and 6th bar pick up is very poor. not happy 4. company claims 85 KMs but it gives only 73 Kms. 5. Qulity of the byke is very poor, material in the parts getting rust. 6. Side stand is very poor, its geting bend when we park on side stand. some times its felling down 7. The paint/prints getting pealed of after 1 month, you cannot see the indications prints on dash bord and back support. 8. Poor quality tires and shock absobers, shock absobers dont absob shocks properly, you will be keep on jumping for small bumps and pits. it heart your back for sure. 9. warranty is pathetic, so many clauses and points, with which you cannot claim the warrenty in comming future, please dont trust the warrenty. Conclusion: Do not Purchase this brand, please try another brand. if you still wants to purchage its upto you, but i request you to please take a written confirmation on 1. Milage, 2. Batery charging, 3.warrenty clauses etc on paper or record when they say something.
