Last updated on 8th May'23: The new YOBykes Edge is positioned as a good-looking and compact electric scooter which subtle body graphics. The scooter is underpinned by a steel tube frame suspended on telescopic forks at the front and rear swingarm with shock absorbers. The scooter measures 1750 mm in length, 710 mm in width, and 1070 mm in height. 

Segment: The YOBykes has a maximum speed of 25 kmph and is classified as a low-speed electric scooter in India. A smaller battery pack, limited range and a limited top speed of 25 kmph make the YOBykes Edge a great city commuter. 

Battery And Motor Specs: The YOBykes Edge is offered in two versions and both trim levels get a 250W hub-mounted motor. The buyers also have two battery pack options - 5X24Ah (VRLA) and 60V-20Ah (lithium-ion). Furthermore, while the VRLA version takes about 8 hours to fully charge, the lithium-ion version has a claimed charging time of 3 to 4 hours. The range is claimed to be around 60 kms depending on the version you opt for. 

Features: In terms of features, the Yo Edge is offered with LED headlamps and position lamps, a digital instrument console, a three-in-one lock system, keyless start, reverse mode, and a mobile charging socket.

Colours: Priced from Rs 49,086, the YOBykes Edge is one of the cheapest electric scooters in the country and is offered in five colour options - Blue, black, white, red, and green.
