The Revolt RV1 is one of the most affordable electric motorcycles available in the Indian market. The RV1 comes with two battery pack options offering it a range of up to 160 km on a single charge, the bigger battery pack version is the RV1+. The RV1 offers an affordable commuting solution to people who are looking for an EV motorcycle under Rs 1 lakh. Revolt is one of the leading electric motorcycle makers in India and the RV1 is the second product of the brand.

Last Updated on 13th Feb'25: The Revolt RV1 and RV1+ are India’s most affordable electric bikes, The RV1 has a 2.2kWh battery with a 100km range, while the RV1+ offers a 3.24kWh battery with 160km range. Both have a 75kmph top speed. Features include all-LED lighting, a 6-inch LCD console, and fast charging. In our region, this electric motorcycle rivals Ola Roadster, Ola S1 X and Ampere Magnus EX, while petrol alternatives include Hero Splendor Plus, Activa 6G, and TVS Raider 125.

The electric two-wheeler manufacturer has launched the Revolt RV1 and RV1+ in India. Available in two variants, the new RV1 starts at Rs. 84,990 and goes up to Rs. 99,990 for the top-end RV1+ trim. The RV1 trim comes equipped with a 2.2 kWh battery pack which provides a maximum range of 100 km per charge while the top-end RV1+ trim gets a bigger 3.24 kWh battery pack, resulting in a higher range of 160 km per charge. In terms of features, the new Revolt RV1 features a 6 inch digital instrument cluster and all LED lightings. The digital instrument cluster shows readouts such as speed, battery, range and time.

Comfortable Ride

This bike is very comfortable with smooth riding. The mileage is also very impressive. The look is a bit simple; it could be more attractive. Features like a digital meter and Bluetooth connectivity would make it even better.

Best Choice

My bike gives a full charge range of 110 km. The full cost of my bike is ₹1,10,000, and the government of Maniyam provides a ₹10,000 subsidy. I would give it a 9 out of 10 rating. This is my best choice.

Instant Comfort
