Segment King

It has an awesome look, and the maintenance is also quite good. It feels like a superbike with an aggressive and powerful design. Truly a segment king and a standout in the 150–200cc category. If you are looking for a combination of style, mileage, and power, this is definitely worth considering.

Best Bike in Segment

Favorite and best bike in this segment. Looks very aggressive. Everything is good. Mileage is best, and speed is also great. Overall, superb and best bike in this segment.

Powerful and Efficient Ride

I have been using the R15 V3 since 2021. Best in power, mileage of 50 km/l, and very user-friendly for the rider. One tank gives a 400 km ride. Best braking system with ABS and dual disc brakes.

Yamaha reduced prices of the R15 lineup by Rs 5,000 across all variants as part of its 70th anniversary celebration, with prices now starting from Rs 1.50 lakh (ex-showroom). The motorcycle continues with the 155cc liquid-cooled engine and features including traction control, assist and slipper clutch and quickshifter depending on variant. The revision makes the supersport more accessible for a limited period.

The motorcycle remains mechanically unchanged and continues with the 155cc liquid-cooled engine producing 18.4 hp and 14.2 Nm paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The motorcycle gets a single-piece seat and continues with features like dual-channel ABS, assist and slipper clutch and LCD instrument console while missing traction control and quickshifter.
