Engine
The BMW X3 continues to be a well-rounded luxury SUV that focuses on delivering a strong balance between performance, practicality, and premium comfort. In everyday use, it offers refined turbocharged engines, confident handling with BMW’s xDrive all-wheel-drive system, and a comfortable, well-built cabin packed with modern tech, making it well suited for both daily commuting and long highway drives. The SUV also provides good space and versatility for family use. However, its relatively firm ride over broken roads and premium pricing compared to some rivals mean it may not suit buyers prioritising outright comfort or value. Additionally, the noticeable use of hard plastics in parts of the cabin feels slightly out of place at this price point. If your priority is a luxury SUV that feels engaging to drive without sacrificing practicality, the BMW X3 remains a compelling choice.
