Last Updated On 25th Jan'25: Vietnamese EV brand VinFast entered the Indian market at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo. The brand has unveiled many products from its lineup, and one major attraction was the VinFast Wild Electric pickup truck concept. The VF Wild concept boasts a rugged design with big tyres, muscular front fascia, and VinFast’s signature LED DRL. Additionally, one of the USP of this concept pickup truck is an expandable pickup bed.

Design: The VinFast Wild concept features the brand’s signature LED daytime running lights, sleek LED headlights, and a rugged front fascia with bold bumpers. The side profile showcases suicide doors, which are one of the unique selling points of the concept, along with large tires and alloy wheels. At the rear, it includes a connected LED taillight, rear skid plates, and a glossy black finish on various body panels. It measures 5,324 mm in length and 1,997 mm in width. Additionally, it boasts a versatile pickup bed that can extend from 5 feet to 8 feet.

Interior: The concept vehicle features a minimalistic dual-tone cabin, a big infotainment screen mounted on the dashboard, a two-spoke steering wheel, and a glass roof, among other features. The brand has used sustainable materials inside the cabin. 

Powertrain: The brand has not said anything about the powertrain yet, but it is expected to get a 100 kWh battery pack and a dual-motor setup or a quad-motor setup. The multi-motor setup will make the truck off-road friendly. 

Launch: The VinFast Wild pickup truck is expected to be launched in the international market in 2026. The brand has not yet revealed the launch timeline of the truck.
