Kinetic brings back the nostalgia with the launch of the electric version of the scooter. The Kinetic DX electric comes with two variants: DX+ and DX. Designed for your day-to-day urban commutes, these carry the familiar simplicity of the old Kinetic but are powered by lithium-ion batteries. What's Common In DX+ and DX

Before we delve into the differences, let's discuss what unites them. Both variants carry the same design philosophy without any cosmetic differences. At the heart lies a 2.6 kWh battery with a hub-mounted motor. Both variants get three riding modes: Range, Power and Turbo, along with reverse mode, cruise control and hill hold. Up front, an expansive 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster greets you with a full LED lighting setup and illuminated logo. Apart from this, the number stays the same, with a 714/mm long seat, exceptional 37L under-seat storage, 12-inch alloys, and a 165 mm ground clearance. While, the braking duties are handled by a 220 mm front disc, 130 mm rear drum with combi-brake system. Not just this, both variants offers easy flip footrest and rides on Teslescopic setup at the front and adjustable monoshock at the rear.

DX+ Variant

The DX+ happens to be the premium variant among the two. It is available in five vibrant shades: Red, Blue, White, Black, and Silver. This variant runs on the same hub-mounted motor but, slightly more powerful, churns out 4.8kW along with a top speed of 90km/h. Well, despite using the same battery pack, it somehow manages to provide more range than the DX variant. 116km on a single charge. The charging part sets it apart with an onboard charging system called Easy Charge. Staying true to its electric DNA, this variant gets connected features under the TeleKinetic umbrella. Some of them include real-time tracking, anti-theft alerts, Guide Me Home lights, one-touch seat and charger release, geo-fencing notifications, and even data analytics

DX Variant

The DX variant carries the same vintage styling, except for the '+' badging on the side. While this variant is available only with two colour options: Black and Silver. At the heart of, battery pack remains the same, but the output reduces to 4.7kW, achieving a top speed of 80km/h. Despite the same battery pack, the range drops a bit, delivering a claimed range of 102km within a single charge. Unlike the Plus variant, this uses a traditional offboard charging system, which means you need to carry your charger separately. Moreover, it also skips out on connected features that come with the DX+ variant but still offers an 8.8-inch digital display.
