As electric mobility continues to gain momentum, the TVS iQube, Ola S1 and Ather 450 have already captured the market by storm. Since unveiling their eAccess at the Auto Expo, Suzuki has been silent until now. But they're finally planning to join the electric movement soon, as we've got our hands on the new eAccess. So, here's a closer look at the images of Suzuki eAccess. Let's find out what Suzuki has to put on the table with their new scooter. However, before moving ahead, make sure to join the 91Wheels WhatsApp community to never miss out on any automotive updates.
Design

At first glance, the Suzuki eAccess closely resembles its ICE sibling, but a closer look reveals its quiet electric evolution. The design sees subtle yet modern updates, the front apron is now sharper, featuring a neatly integrated DRL setup with a stylish dual-tone finish. Just above it, the handlebar spots a sleek LED headlamp, seamlessly continuing the dual-tone treatment from the apron for a clean and cohesive front profile.

From the side, the eAccess maintained its clean and minimal approach with the "eAccess" in blue, to remind you it's an EV. The side panels are smoother, flowing neatly into the tail section.

Suzuki ditches the aggressive approach at the rear in favour of more elegant minimalism. The rectangular-shaped LED taillamp sits flush within the body, flanked by two small integrated turn indicators around the corners.

According to the trend, the eAccess features a fully digital instrument cluster that provides essential metrics, including time, riding modes, battery charging level, and, of course, speed and odometer readings. Moreover, you get smartphone connectivity.

Performance

One of the most crucial things for an electric vehicle is the battery and range. This New eAccess comes equipped with a 3.07 kWh fixed lithium-ion battery, which gives out a claimed range of 95km. Powering the Suzuki eAccess is a silent motor that belts out a maximum of 4.1 kw power and a peak torque of 15 Nm. The top speed is capped at around 71 km/h. Adding to the layer of versatility, it gets three riding modes, named as Eco, Ride A and Ride B, along with a reverse mode.
Space And utility

Well, despite housing the battery, Suzuki somehow managed to retain ample underseat storage. This is enough for a half-face helmet and can also accommodate your daily grocery runs. While the floorboard can also accommodate a decent-sized laptop bag, along with a small handbag above it. Adding to the convinience, you get two bag hook and even a USB charging port as well.
Suspension And Braking

The Suzuki eAccess appears to be equipped with telescopic forks at the front and a single shock absorber at the rear. Moreover, the braking duties are handled by a front disc and rear drum combo, which is very common in the segment.
Seat And Comfort

The Suzuki eAccess features a long, well-padded seat that comfortably accommodates two adults. The seat is wide and flat, offering good support for both rider and pillion, making it ideal for daily city commutes. Even with two people on board, theres enough room to sit comfortably without feeling cramped.

Verdict
The Suzuki eAccess strikes a fine balance between familiarity and future-ready mobility. It may not shout for attention, but its practical design, refined finish, and city-focused performance make it a strong contender in the electric scooter space. However, the range might be a downside for many. But if Suzuki prices it right, the eAccess could quietly become the go-to EV for everyday riders looking for trust, comfort, and efficiency.
