Hero Electric is a pioneer of electric mobility and the largest electric two-wheeler manufacturer in India. A few days back, we reported that Hero Electric has announced special online offers on its entire range of E-scooters, excluding the Flash lead-acid low-speed model. And now, the Indian electric automaker has once again announced some special offers including a distinctive first-of-its-kind 3-day return policy on its scooters. Here are all the Hero Electric Unique Offers for the month of May 2020.

So as we mentioned above, a few weeks back Hero Electric has announced special online offers on its E-scooters under which anyone who books an E-scooter online between 17th April to 15th May 2020 would avail an instant cash discount of up to Rs. 5,000. The electric two-wheeler maker says that they have reported an overwhelming response on their online scheme of special prices across India. Buoyed by the success of the first phase of the online offer, Hero Electric has now introduced the second phase of its online offer on its products that will be valid up to 31st May.
In this second phase of Hero Electric Unique Offers, all the customers who book any Hero Electric scooter would avail an instant cash discount of Rs. 5,000 while customers who opt for Glyde Push Scooter or Velocity E-Cycle would get a cash discount of Rs. 3,000. Moreover, since a substantial part of Hero Electrics sale comes from referrals, cash benefit of Rs. 1,000 will be offered to existing Hero electric customers for reference purchase. The booking amount of the Electric Scooters is fixed at Rs. 2,999 (non-refundable), irrespective of the model.
What's further interesting is that Hero Electric is offering a unique, first-of-its-kind 3-day return offer on all its products (except the Hero Flash lead-acid low-speed model). According to this new scheme, customers who return the electric scooter within 3 days of purchase, will be completely refunded the paid amount. However, this scheme is valid only if one has purchased the scooter during the online scheme.
Commenting on the same, Mr. Sohinder Gill, CEO, Hero Electric said, The initial burst of enthusiastic response from our customers have indeed left no doubt in our mind that the customers are now seeking an economical and convenient solution from a trusted brand like Hero Electric for their commute that not only has extremely low running cost but also allows home to home drive without having to wait at the petrol stations or frequently taking their bikes for the servicing or repairs. We were pleasantly surprised to hear from many a buyers that they prefer Hero Electric as they have seen what difference the absence of polluting vehicles can do to our environment and they would like to do their bit in keeping our air clean and families healthy.
As India is currently undergoing Lockdown 3.0 and some relaxations have been provided, Hero Electric has started re-opening its dealership outlets in green zones and select orange zones of the country as per the government directives. Keeping in line with the COVID-19 protocols, the Hero Electric dealers have implemented all the measures to sanitize the showrooms and the scooters regularly. Also, many dealers have now started at-home delivery of newly purchased deeply-sanitised products to add another level of safety measure.
Mr. Gill further added that, the company is making major changes in the way bikes are sold and serviced to extend complete protection to our customers.

The current portfolio of Hero Electric Scooters includes Hero Flash, Nyx, Optima, Photon, Flash, Dash and also the ER (Extended Range) variants of the same along with Glyde Push Scooter and Velocity E-Cycle, which are also powered by high-quality lithium-ion batteries. Moreover, the company also showcased the AE 47 E-Motorcycle and AE-3 e-Trike at the 2020 Auto Expo which will be launched in India in the coming months.
