Revolt RVX Launched At Rs 1.29 Lakh, Available For Under Rs 94,990 In Delhi After Subsidy

Revolt India has launched its fifth electric motorcycle, the RVX, at Rs 1,29,990 (ex-showroom). The bike has a sports character, and everything from the shark-inspired design to the boost mode makes that clear from the outset. Delhi buyers get the best deal here: after applicable discounts and subsidies, the price comes down to Rs 94,990, making it a significantly more accessible proposition in the capital.

For buyers in other states, the price stands at Rs 1,24,990 (ex-showroom) before any state-level incentives. Bookings are open now and deliveries are expected by the end of this month.

Revolt RVX: Design and Who It's For

The RVX is designed keeping Gen-Z is mind, and the company founder says, its built for people who dared to a take a leap forward. Plus he also mentioned about the overall silhoutee inspired by Shark. That said, its quite identical to Revolt RV400, only a few graphics and badging is new, rest this is no different in terms of desing. It still has LED headlamaps with DRLs, and inverted V shape tail-lamp, and blinkers all in LED. Colours available are three - Electric blue, pearl black, ecslipe grey.

On a standard charger, getting from 0 to 80 percent takes 3 hours 30 minutes, and a full charge sits at 4 hours 45 minutes. Plug into a fast charger and that 0 to 80 percent time drops significantly to just 80 minutes, which is the more practical number for daily use. Performance wise, the 0 to 40 kmph sprint comes in at 3.9 seconds, quick enough for city traffic. The bike uses a chain drive system, keeping the setup familiar for anyone coming from a conventional motorcycle background.

The RVX gets dual disc brakes and hill hold assist as standard, covering the basics on the safety front. Boost mode is available for sharper acceleration when needed, and the motorcycle puts out 230 Nm of wheel torque, a strong number that delivers immediate pull in city traffic conditions.
