Vespa SXL 125 & SXL 150 Range Gets Four New Colour Palettes
  • Vespa has introduced four new colours for its SXL 125 & 150 range
  • All the new colours are available across all Vespa dealers
  • Vespa SXL Sport (Limited Edition) is also available with the newly launched colour palettes

Piaggio owned Vespa Scooters has announced four new colour tones for its SXL 125 & 150 scooter range. The new colour tones comprises Midnight Desert, Tuscany Sunset, Jade Streak and Sunny Escapade colours. In addition to the standard White, these new colours for the Vespa SXL Racing 60s include Jade Streak and the limited-edition Vespa SXL Sport in the hues Midnight Desert, Tuscany Sunset, and Sunny Escapade. On the other hand the normal editions will only get Midnight Desert and Tuscany Sunset colour among the new tones.

The SXL Range comes with two scooters SXL 125 & SXL 150. The SXL 125 comes with a 124.45cc engine that produces 9.8 bhp of power and 9.60 Nm of peak torque. The scooter comes with a LED headlamps, combined braking system with disc brake at front and drum at the back. On the other hand the SXL 150 comes with a 149.5cc engine and produces 10.3 bhp of power and 10.60 Nm of peak torque. This also comes with the same set of features as the SXL125. The major difference between both the scooters is the engine.

Vespa SXL Sport Midnight Blue (Limited Edition)

Compared to standard versions, the SXL Racing 60s edition has visual improvements. It has a racing line running down the middle of the apron, a front fender, side panels, and alloy wheels in a contrast colour.

Vespa SXL 125 & SXL 150 Pricing

The Vespa SXL 125 and SXL 125 Sport (Limited Edition) are priced at Rs. 1.33 lakh (ex-showroom), while the SXL 150 and SXL 150 Sport (Limited Edition) are priced at Rs. 1.47 lakh (ex-showroom). The most expensive Vespa models are the SXL 125 Racing 60s that costs Rs 1.39 lakh and the SXL 150 Racing 60s that costs Rs 1.53 lakh (ex-showroom).

Verdict

One of the most appealing gearless scooters on the Indian market are Vespa models. Prospective buyers will find the scooters more enticing as a result of the introduction of these new colours, and they will have more options than the basic ones.
