Hero MotoCorp has officially begun sales of its much-awaited maxi-scooter, the Hero Xoom 160. First unveiled at the Bharat Mobility Show earlier this year and opened for bookings in July at Rs 7,500, the scooter is now available across Hero's exclusive Premia dealerships. Deliveries are set to commence later this month.

Hero MotoCorp has opened bookings today for Rs 7,500 and announced that deliveries will also begin this month. The Xoom 160 is priced at Rs 1,48,500 (ex-showroom) and is available in a single variant.

The Hero Xoom 160, a performance maxi scooter from the homegrown brand was launched at the Auto Expo 2025 in January this year with the deliveries slated for launch in April, but things took a turn, and the bookings are now halted, and the deliveries have been deferred for a later date.

Hero Xoom 160, the maxi-scooter from Hero Motorcorp, which was launched at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, is now open for bookings with a token amount of Rs 5000. This first-of-its-kind scooter for mass markets is available at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.48 lakh. Additionally, deliveries of the Xoom 160 will start by the first week of March.
