Hero MotoCorp has opened bookings today for Rs 7,500 and announced that deliveries will also begin this month. The Xoom 160 is priced at Rs 1,48,500 (ex-showroom) and is available in a single variant. Hero Xoom 160

This scooter features a sporty front design highlighted by dual-chamber LED headlamps and a large visor. The 14-inch front wheels with disc brakes and ABS add to its athletic appeal. From the front, it even resembles a Transformer - something the youth may love, though elders might find a bit over the top. Powering it is a 156cc engine producing 14.6 bhp and 14 Nm of torque, paired with telescopic front suspension and dual rear shock absorbers. The scooter weighs 142 kg and offers a ground clearance of 155 mm.

Key features include a smart key with remote seat opening, i3S silent start technology, and a digital speedometer with turn-by-turn navigation. The scooter is available in four color options: Matte Rainforest Green, Summit White, Canyon Red, and Matte Volcanic Grey.
