Aprilia SR 175

Last Updated On 30th June'25: Aprilia SR 175 is an upcoming sports scooter that has already reached some dealerships even before its official unveil. Built on the same platform as the SR 160, it will come with a bigger engine. Projected to replace the SR 160, it is expected to launch at a starting price of ₹1.45 lakh to ₹1.50 lakh (ex-showroom).

Design: From a design point of view, it is 100% similar to the SR 160 and even wears the same 14-inch wheels. The front profile consists of LED headlamps, halogen turn indicators, and a front disc brake with ABS. The rear section features a large grab handle for pillions, which also adds to the sporty aesthetics. Moreover, it gets an X-shaped LED tail-light below, along with a carbon-finish exhaust. Like the SR 160, this too will come in multiple vibrant colour options.

Features: The biggest change the SR 175 is going to be launched with is a 5-inch TFT display, the same one we have seen in the RS 457 and Tuono 457. This screen allows wireless connectivity, and through it, you can unlock features like call accept/reject, check notifications, and more. 

Powertrain: This 174.7 cc 3-valve engine produces 12.92 hp and 14.14 Nm of torque. The front suspension is the same as before - telescopic - and the rear ones are mono-shock absorbers as well.

Expected Price: The expected starting price of this sports scooter is Rs 1.45 to 1.50 lakh ex-showroom.
