VinFast Commence Deliveries of VF6 and VF7

The company has begun the deliveries of its first models, the VF6 and the VF7, marking the brand's strong foundation in the country. Meanwhile, early customers are cities like Kochi and Jaipur, who're already taking deliveries, signalling that VinFast is moving faster to establish itself in one of the most promising EV markets out there. Both these models are being assembled locally at VinFast's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, which will not only cater to domestic demand but also act as a strategic export hub for global markets.
Pricing And Specs

The VinFast VF6 is available at a very competitive price of Rs 16.49 lakh (ex-showroom), and it goes up to Rs 18.29 lakh (ex-showroom). Notably, it is available in three trims: Earth, Wind and Wind Infinity. On the other hand, the VF7 is the flagship offering from the brand, which comes at a starting price of Rs 20.89 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 25.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The VF7 is available in five trims: Earth, Wind, Wind Infinity, Sky and Sky Infinity. Under the hood, the smaller sibling gets a 59.6 kWh battery pack paired with front front-mounted electric motor, which belts out 210hp and 310nm of torque. Moreover, it gives out a claimed range of 468 km within a single charge.

On the other hand, the VF7 comes with two battery pack options: 59.6kWh and 70.8 kWh, along with FWD and AWD configurations. However, the power figures remain at 175hp, 250 nm and 350hp, 500 nm of torque, respectively. Notably, this pack gives out a claimed range of up to 510 km within a single charge.
