Last updated on 23 May'23 Ujaas eSPA Li Design: As far as design is concerned, Ujas eSPA carries a European design that looks premium. The front profile is characterised by a retro-style round headlamp that gives it a traditional geared scooter feeling. The front apron carries two large LED indicators that give the retro design a modern touch. In a similar fashion, the back too has a large headlamp placed between the two large indicators. Overall, Ujass has kept the design neat and the scooter comes out as an attractive product without trying too hard.

Segment: The Ujaas energy product is capable of reaching a top speed of 45 km/hr. This means that the scooter falls under the RTO umbrella, making registration and licence compulsory for on-road use in India. It is likely to face competition from similarly priced two-wheeler EVs and other entry-level gearless scooters.

Battery and Motor Specs: In the name Ujas sSPA LA, LA stands for Lead Acid and as the name suggests, it comes with a 60 V/26 Ah lead acid battery. The range of the scooter is claimed to be 60 kmph. For the powertrain, the EV has a 250 W Hub motor. It is noteworthy that there is a Lithium-Ion variant available as well.

Features: Ujaas Energy has loaded its gearless electric scooter with a variety of features including tubeless tires, Cruise control, push start, remote start, reverse gear mode and an instrument cluster that is a digital speedometer and odometer. For security, the scooter has Anti-Theft Alarm, remote lock and central locking system. The seats could be lifted to reveal 8 L of boot space, which is huge for a vehicle this size.

Colours: As far as colours are concerned, the scooter comes in two colours as of now. These are white and red.
