- The new 250 Adventure looks nearly identical to the road-biased 390 Adventure X, featuring similar body panels, along with a smaller 19-inch front and a 17-inch rear wheel setup with alloy rims.
- Unlike its bigger sibling, the 250 Adventure is not going to receive a different version more suited to off-roading, and it will remain a road-biased motorcycle.

- The 250 Adventure borrows the 249cc, liquid-cooled single-cylinder powertrain from the 250 Duke, producing 30.5bhp at 9250rpm and 25Nm of torque at 7250rpm.
- Paired to a 6-speed gearbox, the 250 Adventure can also be equipped with a bi-directional quickshifter optionally.
- Like its bigger sibling, the 250 Adventure is also built on a split-trellis frame, which makes use of 43mm WP Apex USD forks with 200mm of travel, and a 10-step pre-load WP Apex monoshock with 205mm of travel.
- In terms of braking, the 250 Adventure deploys a 320mm disc with radially-mounted callipers at the front, along with a 240mm disc with a floating calliper at the rear.

- The 250 Adventure gets the familiar 5-inch TFT screen with adaptive brightness, smartphone connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, call/SMS alerts, and music streaming among other things.
- It also gets footpegs with removable rubber, an adjustable windscreen, ride-by-wire, and rider aids such as dual-channel ABS with off-road ABS mode and a bi-directional quickshifter.
The KTM Adventure 250 is a big bike as per the segment standard. The overall dimensions make it appear bigger than its actual size. However, see it in the flesh and one can easily notice the nimbleness of design which when compared with its elder sibling i.e. the Adventure 390. The 2154 mm Length mark, 900 mm Width, 1263 mm Height, 1430 mm Wheelbase, and 200 mm Ground Clearance is the dimensions of the KTM Adventure 250. The new 250 Adventure comes in at a price tag of Rs 2.67 lakh (ex-showroom). It shares its platform with its bigger sibling, and as such it is built on a split-trellis frame. The powertrain has been lifted off of the 250 Duke; a 249cc, liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine, producing 30.5bhp at 9250rpm and 25Nm of torque at 7250rpm.
The 2025 KTM 250 Adventure has also finally broken cover shortly after the new 390 Adventure, marking good news for those who want the capabilities of the bigger ADV in a quarter-litre package. The new 250 Adventure is likely to be available in a road-biased guise only.
KTM is testing the next-generation KTM 250 Adventure in India, even as work continues on the new 390 Adventure lineup. The test bike features spoke rims, a first for the 250, indicating that tubed tyres could be offered either as standard or as an option alongside the current alloy wheel setup.
KTM India has introduced the KTM 250 Adventure V in India. The new V variant features a reduced seat height of 834mm, achieved through revisions to the front suspension setup, making the motorcycle more accessible to a wider range of riders.
