Last Updated On 27th Sep'25: Suzuki Motorcycles India has launched the latest iteration of the Suzuki V-Strom SX at Rs. 1.98 lakh (ex-sh). The updated V-Strom SX largely stays limited to cosmetic changes, which includes new colour schemes, graphics. There are four new dual-tone colour options on offer now. The bike remains exactly the same mechanically, features-wise. To boost up the sales in the festive time, Suzuki is also offering benefits such as exchange bonuses, extended warranty, and insurance perks, along with attractive finance schemes offering loans up to 100% with zero hypothecation.

The Suzuki V-Strom SX 250, a compact adventure motorcycle, draws inspiration from its larger sibling. While there are no immediate updates for this model, Suzuki has recently launched the V-Strom 800DE in India, priced at Rs 10.30 lakh. Available in three striking colors - Champion Yellow No. 2, Glass Mat Mechanical Grey, and Glass Spark Black, the V-Strom 800DE offers an elevated adventure experience.

Comfort Cruiser

This is an awesome bike, and everyone should consider purchasing it for long rides. It is very comfortable to ride and performs well over long distances. However, there are a few issues with the suspension, meter, and seat height. It would also be better if it had a double stand. Overall, it’s a great bike for touring.

Suzuki Motorcycle India has issued a recall for its 249cc lineup, including the Suzuki V-Strom SX, over a potential engine issue. The recall addresses abnormal wear on the exhaust cam lobe, a critical camshaft component responsible for controlling exhaust valve operation, which could affect engine performance if left unresolved.

Suzuki Motorcycle India has updated the Suzuki V-Strom SX to comply with E20 fuel norms and the latest emission standards. The E20-compatible V-Strom SX, along with the Gixxer 250 range and Burgman Street EX, will be available at Suzuki Premium dealerships from the third week of June 2023. The motorcycle now features an OBD-2 compliant engine equipped with an onboard diagnostics system that continuously monitors emissions and alerts the rider in case of any engine-related issues

Though the Suzuki V Strom 250 SX is offered with dual channel ABS, it does not have any feature to turn off the ABS (front or rear) or switch the ABS modes. This is however offered by rivals like the KTM Adventure 250 and Yezdi Adventure
