The soon to be launched - New 2021 KTM Duke 125 BS6 will get KTM's latest design language. It will borrow its design cues from the recently launched BS6-compliant Duke 200. If you don't remember, let me tell you that earlier this year, the Duke 200 got a significant mechanical and cosmetic overhaul. The same treatment will be now passed on to the Baby Duke. The upcoming new KTM Duke 125 will get a re-designed headlamp and it might get KTM's signature daytime-running LEDs too. Also, it will continue to get LED turn indicators and LED taillamps.

The upcoming new Duke 125 will continue to be powered by the same BS6-compliant 124.7cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine. This motor will churn out 14.5 PS of maximum power at 9250 RPM and 12 Nm of peak torque at 8000 RPM. The engine will come mated to a six-speed manual gearbox. The mechanicals will also remain identical to the current Duke 125. For suspension duties, it will get USD or upside-down forks at the front and a mono-shock absorber at the rear. The braking duties on the motorcycle will be performed by disc brakes at either end and it will get a single-channel ABS too.

The Austrian motorcycle manufacturer has launched the BS6 compliant Duke and RC range in the Indian market. The brand has updated the bikes in one go and has launched the BS6 compliant KTM Duke 125, RC 125, 200 Duke, RC 200, 250 Duke, 390 Duke and RC 390.

The KTM 200 Duke is now based on a new split trellis frame that makes it lighter. Also, it offers a newly shaped fuel tank and new headlamp set-up that makes it sportier. The bike gets powered by the 199.5cc, liquid-cooled, four-valve engine that develops a maximum power of 24 Bhp and peak torque of 19.3 Nm. The bike also gets a new multidisc clutch system, dual-channel ABS and two new paint schemes. It costs Rs 1.73 lakh, ex-showroom Delhi.
