Great and Excellent to ride
I bought the Okinawa R30 8 Years ago. It is great to ride especially for women. The design is excellent and both the price and maintenance costs are low.

No, a driving licence and registration are generally not required for the Okinawa R30, because it is a low-speed electric scooter. CMVR exemption in India applies to two-wheeled battery vehicles with less than 0.25 kW power and a maximum speed below 25 km/h, and official R30 specifications from Okin
