Toyota Glanza 2020-2022 Latest Update

The Toyota Glanza is the first premium hatchback from the brand in the
Indian market. It is basically a completely rebadged version of the Maruti
Suzuki Baleno. Yet, the car has become quite popular in the Indian market and is selling quick. The all-new Glanza offers only the petrol engine option and there is an automatic CVT variant too. The car looks identical to Baleno but it gets a few differentiating factors. Toyota offers 1 lakh km or 3 years standard warranty, which is much higher than what Maruti Suzuki offers with the Baleno. The warranty can be extended to 5 years or 2 lakh km. The Toyota Glanza offers only the 1.2-litre petrol engine and a variant of the car also offers the Smart Hybrid system. The system works by providing additional support to the engine while accelerating that reduces the overall load on the engine and increases the fuel efficiency. The Toyota Glanza also offers dual-front airbags as standard across the variants. It also gets ABS+EBD, 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system and more such features. The Toyota Glanza is selling quite well in the market instead of the presence of the Baleno.

Hatchback Review

Overall, the car is good. Fuel efficiency and comfort are excellent. It is one of the best hatchbacks in its segment. Ground clearance and wheelbase are decent. Handling is easy. The rear seat splits 60:40, and the boot space is good with a boot lamp. Best in class.
