1. Removable Battery

The Hero Vida VX2 offers two removable battery pack options: 2.2kWh and 3.4kWh, with the Go and the Plus variants, respectively. However, the Plus variant's bigger pack is divided into two slots for added convenience. If we talk about numbers, these battery packs can go up to 92km and 142km within a single charge.
Variants Available
The Hero Vida VX2 is available in two variants: Go and Plus. Both variants offer a removable battery pack option for added convenience.
Competitors With the Same Feature
- The Hero Vida VX2 rivals with the Honda Activa e, Ola S1, and TVS iQube 3.1 kWh.
- The Ola S1, TVS iQube offer 3kWh and 3.1kWh battery packs, but they can't be removed.
- Honda Activa e offers two 1.5kWh removable battery packs.
2. TFT Display

The Hero Vida VX2 offers a 4.3-inch TFT display along with connectivity features such as turn-by-turn navigation and music controls. Not just this, you also get a smartphone sync function to see real-time updates of your scooter.
Variants Available
The Go variant gets a 4.3-inch LCD, whereas the Plus variant offers a 4.3-inch TFT display.
Competitors With Same Features
- The TVS iQube 3.1kWh variant offers a 5-inch TFT display, which is slightly larger than the Vida VX2. However, iQube comes with a reverse mode, which is missing on the VX2.
- The Honda Activa e and the Ola S1, both scooters, come equipped with a 7-inch TFT display with connectivity features. Moreover, like the TVS iQube, these two also offer reverse mode for added convenience.
3. Storage

Underseat storage has become an extremely important feature for urban consumers. Whether it's your day-to-day commutes or your grocery runs, your sooter should be practical enough to gulp all this stuff. The Hero Vida VX2 offers up to 33.2 litres of boot space, which is, of course, not the biggest in the segment.
Variants Available
The Go variant offers 33.2 litres of boot space. On the other hand, the Plus gets only 27.2 litres of boot space, which is less than the Go variant. The Plus variant gets a bigger battery pack, which eats a small part of the boot.
Competitors With the Same Feature
- The Ola S1 offers slightly bigger storage, 34 litres, which is not much when compared to the Go variant, but when it comes to the Plus variant, it starts to feel a bit less.
- On the other hand, the Honda Activa e offers very minimal storage, which isn't very usable.
4.Pricing
One of the most important things for a consumer is the pricing. The Hero Vida VX2 offers two pricing options: One under the BaaS scheme (Battery as an added service) and one with full ownership cost. Only the Vida VX2 and the Honda Activa e offer a BaaS scheme among this list; the rest of the scooters come with full ownership cost.
Variants Available
The Hero Vida VX2 is available in two variants: Go and Plus. The Plus variant is priced at Rs 59,490 (ex-showroom) under the Baas scheme( Battery as an added service) and Rs 99,490 (ex-showroom) with full ownership. On the other hand, the Plus variant is priced at Rs 64,990 (ex-showroom) under the BaaS scheme and Rs 1.10 lakh (ex-showroom) with full ownership.
Competitors with the same pricing
- Apart from the Vida, the Honda Activa e is the only model to offer a BaaS scheme among the list. The Honda Activa e offers three BaaS plans: Lite, Basic and Advanced, priced at Rs 678, Rs 1,999 and Rs 3,599 per month, respectively.
- However, Honda has not revealed the pricing of the scooter with the BaaS scheme.
