Dual 10.25-inch integrated screens with Bose 8-speaker sound system
All new 2026 Verna comes with a lot of new features, one among those is the dual 10.25-inch integrated screens. Verna would have won an award over this as it is the biggest screen in the segment, which gives more convenience, along with offering connectivity features over 70 Bluelink features and 350+ voice commands. The new Verna has a multi-language UI that supports 12 languages for the cluster and infotainment, a first-in-segment feature. The sedan also has a Bose 8-speaker sound system that enhances overall experience and makes the drive more fun.
Variants Available: The full dual-screen setup (Digital Cluster + Navigation) is exclusive to HX 10. HX 8 has the 10.25-inch Navigation but a different digital cluster. Bose 8-speaker sound system is available from HX 6+ and above variants.
Competitors With The Same Feature:
None of the competitors offer a dual-screen of 10.25-inch with numerous connectivity features. Skoda Slavia and VW Virtus offer screens of 10-inch, whereas Honda City has an 8-inch screen. All three rivals have in-house built sound systems with 8 speakers.
Level 2 ADAS and Safety
Hyundai, with safety as the first motive, has updated the new 2026 Verna with over 75 safety features. Key highlights are the Hyundai SmartSense Level 2 ADAS, including 20 autonomous functions to assist the driver.
Variants Available: The Surround View Monitor (SVM) & Blind-spot View Monitor (BVM) are exclusive to HX10. The sedan also offers integrated dashcam standard on HX 10 and available on HX 8 (1.5L Turbo only). HX10 will be offered with 7 airbags, whereas 6 standard airbags will be there in all trims.

Honda City - The feature of Level 2 ADAS starts from V variant of the Honda City, with 6 standard airbags, ABS, ESC, and TPMS. Price of City V variant is Rs. 12.74 Lakh (ex-showroom). However the German rivals are yet to get this feature.
Powered driver and passenger seat with memory and welcome function
The new Verna 2026 is offered with 8-way powered driver seat with memory function and 4-way powered passenger seat with walk-in function. This features provide enhanced comfort and convenience for both driver and passenger during every journey.
Variants Available: Powered driver seat with memory function is in HX 8 and HX 10. The powered passenger seat is exclusive to the HX 10 variant.
Competitors With The Same Feature:
The Volkswagen Virtus offer electric adjustable seats start from the Topline variant, priced at around Rs. 15/lakh (ex-showroom) (MT). Similarly, the Skoda Slavia, offer the same from the Prestige variant priced around at Rs. 15/lakh (ex-showroom) (1.0/TSI) and continue to higher trims. Honda City misses on this feature.
Hands-free boot access
The new 2026 Verna offers hands-free boot access (first-in-segment). This feature allows the boot to automatically open when the smart key is detected near the rear of the car. It adds extra convenience, especially when your hands are full while loading luggage or shopping bags.
Variants Available: Hands-free boot access is available from HX6 to HX10, and leatherette upholstery is offered from HX6+ onwards.
