Maruti Suzuki India, the top manufacturer of cars in India has announced that it has trained over 50 lakh drivers around India through its driving training facilities - Maruti Suzuki Driving Schools and Institutes of Driving and Traffic Research. The brand has also announced winter service camps for its customers across India.
Starting with the Maruti Suzuki Driving Schools and Institute of Driving and Traffic Research, the brand has trained over 50 lakh new drivers. A part of Maruti Suzuki's CSR, the schools, provide advanced driving lessons to the students, which makes the roads a safer place. Maruti Suzuki driving training initiative kicked off in 2000, and currently, there are over 480 driving schools around India and 7 ITDR.
The manufacturer has also announced special Republic Day Service Camp for customers across India. The camps will be held from 15th January and customers can enjoy special benefits till 31st December.
The 17 days long initiative will allow the customers to enjoy special rates on service charges and spare parts of the brand. To start with, there will be special offers on the service labour charges. Also, the customers can buy official accessories and other parts on a special rate during the service camp. Maruti Suzuki will also offer special offers on the extended warranty packages on its cars.
The service camp will service both Maruti Suzuki Arena and Nexa customers. All the vehicles sold by the manufacturer are covered under the service camp.
