Having said this, the Tata Sampoorna Seva 2.0 offers the following features for the owners:
Tata 6-Year Warranty - The medium and heavy commercial vehicles will be covered for a warranty period of six years. In addition to this, the brand has now become the first company in India to offer standard driveline warranty of six years.
Tata New Generation Telematics - The new gen fleet telematics services from Tata Motors offers features like real-time vehicle tracking, geo-fencing, real-time fuel consumption monitoring, fuel theft monitoring, customized analytics, and other features like driving behaviour assessment.

Tata Delight - Tata Delight happens to be the first-ever customer loyalty programme in the commercial vehicles industry in India. The loyalty points on every Rs 1,000 spent at Tata Motors Authorised Service Outlers, Spare Parts Outlets and Progranne Partners.
Tata OK - The Tata OK scheme helps the owners and customers sell or buy pre-ownerd Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles. The customers are also entitled to 80% finance on Tata OK certified vehicles.

Tata Zippy - Tata Zippy is a repair time assurance programme for all BS6 vehicles. This assures fast-track service of any problem reported via toll-free number or at the workshop within 12 months after sale or 14 months after production of the vehicle, whichever is earlier.
