Ampere Xpress

Last Updated On 25th Jan'25: The Ampere Xpress concept B2B electric scooter was showcased at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. This scooter is not in its final stage, and the manufacturer says it will take around 6 to 10 months to fully develop. Details about it are yet to be announced.

Design: This electric scooter features a modern design, with Ampere placing a circular headlight in the center, giving it a distinctive look. The concept showcased at the Auto Expo 2025 had a black and red color treatment, which made it look dynamic. Additionally, the scooter had 12-inch wheels on both sides, with the front wheel featuring a disc brake, telescopic front suspension, and twin coil rear suspension. 

Features: This scooter features a TFT display, a dedicated stand to hold a smartphone, and the standout feature is the smart box, which is cleverly placed at the rear section, as the scooter is designed for B2B purposes. Additionally, according to Ampere, the payload capacity of the Xpress would be 230 kg. 

Powertrain: As of now, Ampere has not disclosed any figures related to its battery pack or power output. However, the only thing we know is that its top speed is 60 km/h.  

Expected Price: The launch is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of 2025, and the starting price could be around Rs 50,000.
