Deltic Legion
Deltic Legion Latest Update
Last updated on 26th Mar'24 : The Deltic Legion is a sleek scooter that fits right into your garage with ease. It's designed to make your life simpler, requiring minimal maintenance and producing no harmful emissions, all while helping you save money. With a top speed of 25 kmph (according to Indian Government regulations), it can travel approximately 70-100 km on just one charge.
Deltic Legion: The Legion is a sporty-looking electric scooter offered by Deltic Motors and is aimed at those who want a basic electric commuter but with a dash of sportiness and sophistication. Being the most premium scooter from the brand, the Deltic Legion comes with sporty styling and premium features in the sole variant in which it is being offered.
Battery and Motor:The Deltic Legion shares its powertrain with the Drixx scooter, which means that it is powered by a rear hub-mounted 0.25 kW electric motor, which is good enough to give the scooter a top speed of 25 kmph. The Legion has a 60V 28 Ah lead-acid battery pack, which gives it a maximum range of 70-100 km.
Design and features: As mentioned above, the Deltic Legion is the sportiest and most premium-looking scooter from the brand, and that is evident in the edgy design language which the scooter carries from front to rear. With sharp looks all around, the Deltic Legion looks appealing, though the below-average fit and finish levels let down the overall experience. At the front, the rakish apron of the Deltic Legion houses the twin headlamp assembly in its lower part. This edgy-looking dual headlamp setup has long wing-shaped housings, which have all-LED treatment as standard. The handlebar cowl too looks sporty with its dual-tone treatment, with the central part of the cowl having a blacked-out treatment, while the corners have clear lens turn indicators mounted below them. The front apron of the Deltic Legion has edgy-looking side extensions which flow towards the floorboard in a zig-zag manner. The essence of edginess is carried out even in the side body panels towards the rear. These Z-shaped side panels flow upwards towards the sharp-looking tail lamp cluster and come adorned with snazzy-looking decals. The tail lamp cluster also incorporates LED inserts for the tail lights and clear lens turn indicators.Being a sporty-looking scooter, the Deltic Legion is equipped with some modern and premium features like a full-digital and comprehensive instrument console, central locking with anti-theft alarm, reverse mode, find my scooter alarm and a USB mobile charging socket. The scooter also comes with 12-inch alloy wheels wrapped with 3.00-12 tubeless tyres. With disc brakes at both ends, the Legion comes with telescopic forks at the front and a single-sided coil spring at the back.
Colours:The Deltic Legion is on sale in four unique and youthful-looking colour options – blue, yellow, red and grey.
Rivals:The Deltic Legion carries a price tag of Rs 62,490, and with this price, it is positioned on par with entry-level scooters like Bounce Infinity E1, Hero Optima CX and Okinawa R30.
