Last updated on 1st Jun'23 : The Fidato Evtech Loder is a low-cost, affordable-to-run, basic all-electric moped, which has been designed for those people who want a cheap, bare-bones electric two-wheeler for commuting and carrying small goods from one place to another. This affordable all-electric moped from Fidato Evtech is offered in a single variant.
Battery and Motor: The Fidato Evtech Loder comes with a BLDC hub-mounted electric motor, the rating of which has been kept undisclosed by the manufacturer. However, the electric moped is capable of touching a top speed of 55 kmph. The Loder comes with a floor-mounted 1.8 kWh LFP battery, which takes 4-5 hours for a full charge and can deliver a maximum riding range of 70-100 km.
Design and Features: The overall design of the Fidato Evtech Loder looks a bit sportier for a moped. However, compared to other electric two-wheelers, it still looks very basic and bare-bones. It is the fitment of slightly stylish-looking body panels, which make the Loder look visually better and modern compared to other electric mopeds on sale. The odd-looking front end of the Fidato Evtech Loder comes with a rounded halogen headlamp, which is mounted on top in between the handlebar cowl. The front chassis tube is covered with a slightly weird-looking panel, which has a black-coloured luggage rack mounted on it. This luggage rack adds some visual bulk and makes the front look not so weird.Like any other electric moped, the Fidato Evtech Loder also has a basic looking side profile, though it comes with proper side body panels below the large and comfortable single seat provided for the rider. The floorboard is large and comfortable even for taller riders, while there are large tubular pillars mounted on the sides of the front apron to add some utility to the utilitarian moped.The Fidato Evtech Loder has an additional luggage rack behind the single seat of the moped, with triangular body panels below the rack. It also comes with 10-inch wheels, rear side footpegs and a small LCD instrument console. With disc brake at front, drum brake at rear and and 90/100-10 tyres at both the ends, the Fidato Evtech Loder has a suspension combination of telescopic forks at the front and dual-sided coil springs at the rear.
Colours: There are two colour options which are offered by Fidato Evtech for the Loder electric moped – black and red.
Rivals: The Fidato Evtech Loder carries a price tag of Rs 83,490, and competes with other bare-basic electric mopeds like Lectrix EV ECity Zip, DAO Zor 405 and Evtric Connect.
