Last Updated On 13th Apr'23: Launched in Nov 2018, the bike has been discontinued by Bajaj. This is because the main bike itself, Pulsar 150 has been replaced by newer models. We don’t think Neon edition of the new model, P150 will ever make it to showrooms either.
Bajaj Pulsar 150 Neon is indeed an iconic motorcycle in India. Its been on sale for more than a decade & still, the buyers plunge for this naked sports bike despite this being undergone a major generation change. Catering to its popularity, Bajaj has decided to increase the pricing of the Bajaj Pulsar 150 Neon in India. The Pulsar 125 Neon is the most powerful 125cc commuter in India. It is powered by a BS6-compliant 124.4cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected DTS-i engine that churns out a maximum output of 12 PS of power at 8500 RPM and 11 Nm of peak torque at 6500 RPM. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.The Pulsar 150 Neon was the most affordable Pulsar before the price hike. With the BS6 update, the Bajaj Pulsar 150 Neon gets some cosmetic updates and new add-ons. For starters, it now gets tank shrouds, a new sporty engine guard, and new graphics on the cowl and the fuel tank. The Pulsar 150 Neon is sold in three colour schemes - Neon Red, Neon Silver, and Neon Lime Green. Since it is a 150cc sporty commuter, it does come loaded with features and also gets a single-channel ABS.

The Pulsar 150 Neon is based on a similar design as that of the other Pulsar series motorcycles. The iconic headlight, teardrop-shaped fuel tank, single-seat, twin-pod LED taillights, & the alloy wheel design makes it look like a big bike. The riding posture is slightly committed for comfortable riding but the Pulsar 150 is a good-looking motorcycle specially the Neon highlights that are seen on this.

The dimensions of the Pulsar 150 Neon are big enough for the segment standards. The overall shape & size provides the Pulsar with a big capacity motorcycle feel. While the design has started to grow older, the overall dimensions of Pulsar still make it a worthy motorcycle in the segment. It measures 2,055 mm in length, 765 mm in width, 1,060 mm in height and gets a wheelbase of 1,320 mm.

The combination of both the brakes helps stop the Pulsar in the required time. Feature-wise, the Pulsar 150 Neon gets a semi-digital instrument cluster, single-channel ABS, electric start and more. However, this bike is not really equipped with the modern features that are seen now.
