The upright seating position, telescopic front forks, and Nitrox rear suspension amplify the thrill of riding a Pulsar. It gets a semi-digital instrument cluster. It is equipped with a 260 mm ventilated front disc brake and ABS technology for ultra-safe braking performance and to ensure stability with a 1320 mm wheelbase & tubeless tyres.

The Bajaj Pulsar 150 is a handsome-looking motorcycle. Although this Bajaj motorcycle hasn’t received many design updates in all these years, it still looks very sporty. The Pulsar 150 gets a halogen headlamp at the front along with twin wolf-eyed pilot lamps. It doesn’t get a LED headlamp or even LED DRLs. The motorcycle, in its latest avatar, gets dual-tone body shades along with Matte Finish which compliments the overall sporty look of the Pulsar 150.
The Pulsar 150 features a large muscular fuel tank that can accommodate up to 15 litres of petrol. It gets attractive graphics on the body panels and sports a belly pan too to protect the engine. The Pulsar 150 Neon and the Standard variants get a single-piece seat while its top of the line dual-disc version gets a split seat set-up. The Pulsar 150 gets five-spoke alloy wheels and at the rear, it sports a LED tail lamp. The motorcycle gets halogen turn indicators.

Motorcycles from the Pulsar series have always been known for their sporty characteristics and good engine performance and the Pulsar 150 DTS-i is no different. The new Bajaj Pulsar 150 is powered by a BS6-compliant 149.5cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine and it gets Bajaj’s patented DTS-i technology too. This motor churns out 14 PS of maximum power at 8500 RPM and 13.25 Nm of peak torque at 6500 RPM. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
The Bajaj Pulsar 150 offers great performance. It is an all-rounder machine and whether you are doing intra-city commutes or inter-city highway runs, you will never feel a dearth of power. The Pulsar 150 even delivers a very good fuel efficiency. This 150cc motorcycle delivers around 50-60 kmpl of fuel mileage in real-world riding conditions, which is more than enough for a bike of its class. All in all, the Pulsar 150 DTS-i is powerful, engaging to ride and fuel-efficient all at the same time.

The Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTS-i is based on a single down-tube frame. For suspension duties, the motorcycle gets fat 37 mm telescopic forks at the front and Nitrox gas-charged dual shock absorbers at the rear. The Pulsar 150 offers great ride quality and it glides over smoothly even on the broken patches of roads. The braking duties on the motorcycle are performed by disc units at the front and at the rear. One can choose between a disc or a drum brake, depending on the variant. All the variants of the Pulsar 150 even get a single-channel ABS as an additional safety feature.
The Pulsar 150 has great stopping power and complimenting the brakes are its wide tyres, which provide superior traction on the go. The standard and Neon variants of the Pulsar 150 get an 80/100 section 17-inch tyre at the front and a 100/90 section 17-inch tyre at the rear. The Pulsar 150 Twin Disc variant gets fatter rubber. At the front, it gets a 90/90 section 17-inch tyre and a massive 120/80 section 17-inch tyre at the rear. The Pulsar 150 doesn’t get many fancy features. However, it does get a semi-digital instrument console that shows a ton of information including a digital speedometer, fuel gauge, twin trip meters, etc. It also gets an analogue tachometer which looks cool.
