Should I buy the A4?
The Audi A4 is indeed a perfect vehicle for consumers who wanna upgrade to the entry-level Luxury segment. In the competitive market, the price of the A4 is strong. If you seek a sedan with understated exterior style, elegant interiors with great features, and a luxurious feel, the A4 is the ideal pick.. Since it’s only available in petrol option, the cabin experience is rich with calmness and a sense of luxury.
- The looks of the A4 has a subtle nature to it. The clean front fascia and calm postures show luxury. The enhanced grill with four rings resembles that of the elder siblings.
- The LED headlights provide excellent illumination in the night. A cool feature present is the headlight washers, which continue the legacy.
- The side profile is clean with smooth chrome garnish along the glass area. The semi-chrome door handles and sharp lines lower down give an aesthetically pleasing design. The 17” alloys are a little plain at this price.
- At the rear, the design from the previous generations continues to remain the same. The taillamps are now more futuristic with sharp LEDs and dynamic swipe indicators. The subtle chrome line connecting the taillights gives a premium look to the A4. The dark grey finish over the dual-exhaust outlets increases the sporty look.
A4 body specifications:
| Wheel Size | R17 |
| Seating Capacity | 5 seaters |
| Ground Clearance | 160 mm |
| Boot Space | 460 liters |

- The cabin experience of the Audi A4 provides a sense of premiumness along with sophistication. The 2 interior options for the upholstery can appeal to different audiences. The seats are pretty comfortable with nice bolstering and the rear seats offer a decent amount of space along with practicality.
- The front dashboard is neatly laid with a dual-tone treatment of black and beige or black and brown. The leather upholstery gives a sense of luxury inside the cabin and makes it more richer. Elder siblings' consistent implementation of AC vent treatment sets it apart from competitors, enhancing its distinctiveness.
- The easy-to-use touch-sensitive AC controls make adjusting the temperature a breeze. Plus, the buttons and touchpoints feel smooth, and the cabin's ambient lighting in 30 colors adds to the cozy atmosphere inside the A4.
- The A4 comes equipped with a 10.1” MMI navigation system with MMI touch which is very adaptive to use and all information can be accessed through it. The wireless smartphone interface provides all smartphone information on the infotainment screen.
- The 12.25” Audi Virtual Cockpit is inspired by the elder siblings. It provides a fancy digital cluster with navigation, music, and more. It has different displays for each driving mode. You toggle through them with the View button on the steering wheel.
- The 30 colors for the ambient lighting are a step ahead. They provide a rich, luxury experience inside the cabin.
A4 features:
| TPMS | Yes |
| Wireless Charger | Yes - Front |
| Ventilated Seats | No |
- Audi has dropped the diesel engine from the A4 and now it is only available with a petrol engine. It comes equipped with a 2 L TFSI petrol engine that produces 190 BHP and 320 Nm of peak torque. This engine is mated to a 7-speed DCT transmission and it returns about 17 Km/L.
- Since it is an FWD, it drives sedately and the performance of this engine is decent as per standards of the segment.
- It even offers 5 Driving modes. The driver can change the car's engine, steering, and suspension. The modes are Comfort, Dynamic, Individual, Efficiency, and Auto.
A4 engine specifications:
| Transmission | Automatic (DCT) |
| Mileage | 17 |
| Engine | 1984-1998 cc |
| Power | 201 bhp @ 4475-6000 rpm |
| Torque | 320 Nm @ 1450-4475 rpm |
| Drive Train | FWD |
- The 17” alloys offer a smooth ride. Their suspensions are tuned for comfort on-the-go. The way the A4 crushes bumps is fantastic. What also helps are the 50 profile tires that absorb the bad stuff even more.
- On hard corners, the soft suspension can make the body roll noticeable. But, the A4 still feels calm and keeps its line well. The steering feels direct enough and weighs up nicely too. The A4 is not a sports car. It will not be able to match the 220i. But, the A4 provides a perfect mix of handling and balanced ride.
