M2 Highlights

On Target

The only BMW with a 6-speed manual, the M2 stays true to BMW's core principles without compromise.

What We Like

Power increased after update, making it even faster; one of the few cars with 50:50 weight distribution.

What We Do Not Like

Unusable rear seats, and even boot space is quite minimal. Doest have cast wheels.

Expert Verdict on M2

Expert Rating
The BMW M2 continues to be one of the purest driver-focused cars in BMW’s lineup, prioritising performance and engagement over outright luxury. What also makes it special is the availability of a 6-speed manual gearbox - something that has become incredibly rare in modern performance cars, making the M2 one of the last sports cars that still offers a truly analogue driving experience. However, its firm suspension, limited rear-seat practicality, and relatively high price for a two-door coupe mean it may not appeal to buyers seeking comfort or versatility. If your priority is a raw, engaging sports coupe that captures the spirit of classic BMW M cars, the M2 is an excel
