On the inside, the Mercedes Benz EQS is beautifully lined with high-quality materials and features several luxury amenities. Desirable features include the ambient interior lighting, headrest cushions for front and rear seats, and an Executive Rear Seat Package. The rear seat package includes an adjustable backseat with massage function, neck and shoulder heating, and a separate tablet to control the MBUX infotainment system. The Mercedes Benz EQS450+ is equipped with an electric motor, mounted on its rear axle that produces 329hp and 406 pound-foot of torque. Whereas, the EQS580 4Matic is equipped with an electric motor on each axle and is converted to all-wheel drive with an overall system output of 516 horsepower and 611 pound-foot torque. It is estimated that the rear-wheel-drive variant will accelerate from zero to 60mph in 5.5 seconds. Choosing a more powerful model with all-wheel drive would reduce the time to accelerate from zero to 60mph in 4.1 seconds. Each EQS operates on adaptive air suspension. The standard rear-axle steering system can tilt the rear wheels up to 4.5 degrees and has an optional upgrade that allows the rear wheels to rotate 10 degrees. This technology allows to maneuver the car in tight spaces and increases stability at high speeds.

The Mercedes Benz EQS is one of the first EV newcomers. It has an impressive battery and the drag co-efficient makes the EQS the most aerodynamic car yet. The standard air suspension would assure the EQS a smooth and polished ride. Moreover, the noise-cancellation equipped cabin adds to the luxurious ride.
