The Mercedes-Benz EQS 580 Celebration Edition has just been launched, given the car maker's success in this particular segment. Interestingly, this has taken place just days after the G63 Collector's Edition was also launched, which is another very exclusive car.

Mercedes-Benz EQS 580 Celebration Edition; Details
As mentioned earlier, the EQS 580 Celebration Edition focuses on rear seat comfort, and as such the upgrades are rear-seat centric. Before we forget to tell you, this car will only be available in 50 units! This car comes with special 'Exclusive Seats' in the rear, which recline upto 38-degrees, along with a Chauffeur Package which allow the front passenger seat to tilt electronically. The Rear Seat Comfort package also gives it Multi Contour rear seats with massage and lumbar support functions.

The cabin otherwise remains familiar, and it comes with complete Nappa leather upholstery, retaining the MBUX Hyperscreen. Some other features also include a rear tablet integrated into the centre armrest, Burmester 3D surround sound system, four-zone climate control, and active parking assist among many other things. Additionally, the EQS 580 Celebration Edition also gets AR-based navigation and designer belt buckles at the front and rear.

There are no changes to the electric drivetrain of the EQS 580, and it continues to with the dual electric motor setup, producing a combined output of 516bhp and 855Nm of torque. Backed by a 107.8kWh battery pack, the EQS 580 gets an ARAI MIDC-claimed range of 872km on a single charge.
The EQS 580 Celebration Edition has been launched as a result of the car maker reporting a 73% growth in this segment over the previous year. Mercedes-Benz attributes this growth to the surge in demand for cars like EQS Limousine, EQS SUV, the EQS Maybach SUV, and the G 580.
