Mahindra BE 07 Overview

Last Updated On 26th Feb'24: Mahindra BE 07 is an electric vehicle from brands Born electric lineup and is positioned between the entry-level BE.05  and the BE.09 and is expected to enter production around October 2026.
 
Powertrain:  The forthcoming electric SUV will ride on the INGLO platform, which accommodates battery capacities ranging from 60 to 80 kWh. Notably, it supports 175 kW fast charging, enabling the battery to reach 80 percent capacity in just 30 minutes.
 
Range: It will offer a claimed range of about 500-550 km on a single charge.
 
Dimension: One of the upcoming electric vehicles (EVs) in Mahindra's lineup is the BE 07, although specific launch details are not yet available. Instead, the company has introduced the Mahindra Thar EV concept. This model will be available alongside the internal combustion engine variant under the Thar.e name. It has recently received official homologation in India. 
 
Battery & Range: We don't yet know the BE 07's battery's technical details. However, the future Mahindra BE 07 will be built on the INGLO platform. A small all-in-one electric engine with a built-in transmission, inverter, and motor makes up the vehicle's powertrain. The platform will offer alternatives for batteries with 60 to 80 kWhr capacities, shielded for an amazing 175 kW fast-charge, and able to charge up to 80% in under 30 minutes. Rear-wheel and all-wheel drive will both be available, with corresponding power outputs of 227 to 282 and 335 to 389 horsepower. It claimed that it could accelerate from a full standstill to 100 kph in 5 to 6 seconds.
 
Features: The SUV is anticipated to feature premium upholstery, a panoramic sunroof, large touchscreen infotainment units, over-the-air updates, a head-up display, and the latest driver assistance systems.
 
Price: It is expected to be priced around Rs. 30 lakhs ex-showroom
 
Rivals: Currently, the vehicle does not have any immediate rivals.
