Maruti Suzuki Dzire Tour

Maruti’s sedan offering for the commercial segment comes in the form of the Dzire Tour. It is based on the last generation Dzire and is offered purely for fleet operators and cab owners who are looking for an alternate to the Hyundai Xcent Prime. The Dzire Tour S, S being for ‘sedan’, like other commercial models from Maruti (Tour H1, Tour H2 etc) is feature stripped and comes at an attractive price point. It even gets a factory fitted CNG kit for markets like Delhi. This version makes up for a good chunk of the total sales of Dzire in India and is preferred due to good comfort levels, a peppy and efficient motor and Maruti’s long term reliability factor. Other factors that work in its factor, at this price point, include a company fitted speed governor (80 km/h), power windows, central locking, keyless entry and availability in three colours of white, black and silver. Depending on the market it is sold in, the Dzire Tour S gets a choice of either a 1.2 litre petrol or a 1.3 litre diesel unit. The same engines power the current gen Dzire.
