• The Altroz stands out as the only hatchback in its segment to offer four engine options. These include a 1.2-litre NA petrol engine, a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine, a 1.2-litre CNG engine, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine.
• The 1.2-liter NA petrol engine delivers 88 PS of power and 113 Nm of peak torque. This engine is also available with a CNG option. The petrol engine is offered with a 5-speed manual and DCA automatic transmission. The CNG variant comes with a 5-speed manual.
• The 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine generates 110 PS of power and 140 Nm of peak torque, paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. Lastly, the 1.5-litre diesel engine produces 90 PS of power and 200 Nm of peak torque, coupled with a 5-speed manual transmission.

It ensures comfort for occupants on uneven roads.
• However, there is a noticeable degree of body roll when tackling corners. This becomes slightly disconcerting. This vertical movement also becomes evident during rapid lane-changing manoeuvres.
• The steering has been finely calibrated. This presents a noticeable improvement. It is especially noticeable for those who are used to driving Maruti Suzuki or Hyundai vehicles. It doesn't feel excessively light. The slight heft is manageable when manoeuvring through busy streets. Additionally, the communicative nature of the steering proves beneficial when navigating corners.
