In terms of design, the Rumion presents a revamped front appearance accentuated by a new grille pattern. Taking inspiration from the Innova Hycross, the Rumion's grille is embellished with chrome elements. Additionally, the front bumper has undergone a revamp, integrating chrome touches around the air inlets. Subtle refinements have also been applied to the fog lamp housing. Collectively, these design alterations serve to differentiate the Rumion from the Ertiga model. On the sides, the Rumion is distinguished by its distinct 15-inch alloy wheels with a captivating swirl design, setting it apart from the Ertiga. Moving to the rear, the Rumion showcases redesigned bumpers that contribute to an updated appearance. As for the color palette, the Rumion presents a choice of five hues: Spunky Blue, Rustic Brown, Cafe White, Iconic Grey, and Enticing Silver.

The interior of the MPV gets the beige treatment that encompasses a dashboard arrangement similar to the Ertiga model. The interior's appeal is further heightened by elements such as a Metallic Teak Wood Finish Dashboard and Metallic Teak Wood Finish Door Trim at the front. Remarkable comfort features encompass an Adjustable Driver Seat, 2nd Row 60:40 Split Seats with Touch Recline and slide functionality, and a 3rd Row 50:50 Split with Recline Function. The interior is exceptionally adaptable, offering Flexible Luggage Space with the ability to flatten fold the 3rd Row. 

A good number of features are available on the inside including a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system complete with support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. When paired with the manual gearbox, it achieves an asserted mileage of 20.51 km/l, while the automatic variant offers a mileage of 20.11 km/l.

Moreover, the Rumion presents an alternative 1.5-liter CNG engine alternative, bestowing 86 bhp of power in CNG mode alongside a peak torque of 121.5 Nm. This engine is matched with a 5-speed manual transmission, achieving an impressive mileage of 26.11 km/kg.
