Kawasaki has recently launched the updated new 2021 Kawasaki Z650 BS6 in the Indian market. The new 2021 Kawasaki Z650 BS6 doesn't get a host of updates. However, it gets a new dual-tone colour scheme and a higher price tag too. The price of the new 2021 Kawasaki Z650 BS6 now starts in India at Rs 6.24 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi and here we have all the details about it.

The updated 2021 Kawasaki Z650 BS6 gets a new Candy Lime Green Type 3 colour scheme. The motorcycle gets a combination of green and black shade along with grey graphics on the body panels. This new colour shade of the Z650 BS6 replaces the old Metallic Spark Black colour offered previously. Apart from the addition of the new colour scheme, the Z650 remains the same as before. The Z650 is still the most affordable motorcycle in its class.

The Kawasaki Z650 is powered by a BS6 compliant 649cc liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, parallel-twin engine. This motor churns out 68 PS of power at 8000 RPM and 64 Nm of peak torque at 6700 RPM. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox and is assisted by a slipper clutch. The suspension duties on the motorcycle are handled by 41 mm telescopic front forks and it gets an adjustable pre-load mono-shock absorber at the rear. For braking duties, the Z650 gets a 300 mm petal disc at the front and a 220 mm petal disc at the rear. It gets an additional safety aid of dual-channel ABS too.

The Kawasaki Z650 BS6 also sports a 4.3-inch TFT display as an instrument cluster and it gets Bluetooth connectivity too. The motorcycle rides on the new Dunlop Sportmax Roadsport 2 tyres.
