Honda Activa 125 H-Smart Details
According to Honda, it has received a humongous response from customers for its new Activa 6G H-Smart. All thanks to its popularity, now the demand has started seeping in for the 125cc sibling as well. Hence, the Activa 125 will soon get the same H-Smart variant. As its name speaks for itself, the H-Smart will get keyless features. Some of its main features will be the keyless lock/unlock of the handlebar, fuel cap, & under-seat storage. Additionally, this key will help in locating the scooter in dark. Meanwhile, it also gets anti-theft features as well.
However, the scooter is likely to remain unchanged mechanically. But, some cosmetic changes are definitely expected. These will be the introduction of a new colour, blacked-out alloy wheels, etc. Meanwhile, it will keep using the reliable and fuel-economical 123.97cc single-cylinder engine. This engine makes a peak power of 8.18 bhp & 10.3 Nm of peak torque. Moreover, this power is mated to a CVT gearbox. Honda has released a teaser image of this upcoming variant already.
Verdict
The teaser image shows that the scooter is going to be launched very soon. We're expecting that Honda will launch the 125cc Activa H-Smart in the coming days. However, its cost will be higher because it'll become the top-spec in its lineup. Some of its noteworthy rivals are Hero Maestro Edge 125, Suzuki Access, & Yamaha RayZR 125 Fi-Hybrid.
