Ather 450 Apex: Images

In terms of design, the Ather 450 Apex seamlessly continues the brand's signature clean and minimalistic design philosophy. Introducing a bold new colour scheme, it cleverly blends two contrasting colours on the spectrum: blue and orange.

With the introduction of the 450 Apex, Ather presents a new riding mode called Warp+, which accelerates the scooter from 0 to 40 km/h in an impressive 2.9 seconds. This innovative feature is accompanied by an industry-leading reaction time of just 90 milliseconds. The scooter delivers a peak torque of 210 Nm at the wheel, showcasing its powerful performance.

Incorporating Warp+ has resulted in a 10% increase in power levels, ensuring sustained peak torque even at higher speeds. This enhancement translates to a 30% faster acceleration from 40 to 80 km/h compared to the 450X model. Notably, the 450 Apex achieves a top speed of 100 km/h. The charging time for a full 0-100% charge is 5 hours and 45 minutes.

Sporting cutting-edge technology, the Ather 450 Apex dazzles with its all-LED lighting, setting the stage for an unparalleled riding experience. Ather has revamped the user interface on the 450 Apex, showcasing a 17.7 cm (7) TFT touchscreen that seamlessly integrates Google Map navigation for intuitive use.

One standout addition is the innovative "Magic Twist" feature, a pioneering technology that brings the scooter to a complete stop. Remarkably, Magic Twist functions seamlessly even at a 100% battery charge. This groundbreaking feature allows users to apply brakes with a negative input on the throttle, delivering an impressive 40% more braking force compared to any other 2W regen available in India.

Magic Twist also boasts a re-engineered throttle, offering precise control over braking. Users can now effortlessly modulate their speed by twisting the throttle less to slow down and more to engage the brakes effectively. Beyond its braking prowess, Magic Twist contributes to a 7% increase in the scooter's range, reaching up to 157 km (IDC range).

Ather has also announced exciting news for customers receiving the 450 Apex  the introduction of a special Delight Kit.
