Bajaj has taken a step forward by filing a fresh trademark application in India for a name they've chosen'Vector.' What's intriguing is the parallel with Husqvarna, who introduced a concept scooter a few years ago under the similar-sounding name 'Vektorr.'

Bajaj Vector Trademarked: Details

Delving into the details, it's confirmed that the trademark has received the official stamp of approval. However, the exact launch date remains uncertain, leaving us in anticipation. Although there's no official word on whether the name will grace a new Bajaj model, the signs are pointing strongly in that direction.

The Chetak series features the Chetak Urbane 2024 and the Chetak Premium, priced at Rs 1.15 lakh and Rs 1.20 lakh, respectively. Notably, the Chetak Urbane leads the pack with a top speed of 73 kmph. If the trademark is indeed earmarked for a new product, we can anticipate the emergence of the 'Bajaj Vector'envisaged as a higher-tier or sportier iteration of the Chetak electric scooter. What adds weight to this speculation is the fact that Bajaj has been caught testing a similar scooter in recent times.
