First Tork Kratos Rolls Out From The Factory Floor

On the occasion of Gudi Padwa, Tork Motors rolled out its first electric motorcycle from the assembly line. Tork Kratos is all set to get delivered and to hit the streets of Pune. Customers can expect deliveries to begin soon, according to the company, which has come a long way since showcasing the first vehicle in 2016.

Tork Motors also took part in the Pune Alternate Fuel Conclave, which took place from April 2 to 5, 2022. During the event, the Kratos received over 5000 inquiries in just four days, with over 1500 test rides completed.

Founder and CEO of Tork Motors, Kapil Shelke, said on this occasion, Its time for #Thenewrace. We are gearing up to deliver the first set of Bikes to our customers. Today marks a very important day in the journey of Tork Motors. The Kratos R has won the hearts of the customers and I am overwhelmed with the Love, Faith, and patience our customers have shown in us. Our current focus is Pune city and the first set of motorcycles will be delivered in April 2022. We will soon start calling our customers and sharing further information. This day will also act as a landmark as today Indias first Electric Motorcycle gets Unleashed on the streets of Pune."

Tork Kratos is available in two models: a base model and a performance-based Kratos R model. The base Kratos has a 4kWh battery that produces 7kW of power and 28 Nm of peak torque. One of the most significant differences between the basic and high-performance models is the Tork Kratos R's axial flux motor, which has a rated power output of 4.5kW, a maximum power output of 9kW, and a peak torque output of 38 Nm.

There are multiple drive modes with reverse drive features, regenerative braking, an anti-theft system, USB charging, a crash alert, and other features. The Tork Kratos and the Kratos R, costs Rs 1.07 lakh and Rs 1.22 lakh, respectively.
