MATTER Aera
MATTER Aera is India's first-ever geared electric two-wheeler, and the company has introduced 22nd century smart ownership plans: P-a-a-S and BNPL. So, let's talk about each of these in detail:
P-a-a-S
Customers have the option to get the Aera 5000+ at an introductory price of Rs 1.29 lakh and pay just Rs 1.16 per km for battery usage. Essentially, youre renting the battery and paying based on how much you ride - similar to the Battery-as-a-Service model seen in cars.
BNPL
In this scheme, MATTER says customers can pay a portion of the total cost upfront and then pay the remaining amount through low-cost, flexible EMIs via financing, making ownership easier on the pocket.
