Nissan Magnite was revealed a couple of days ago and we spent good time with the car in a closed room. The media drives will start soon and Nissan has now started the production of the Magnite in the Chennai manufacturing facility. Nissan has big hopes with the Magnite and it is also speculated to become the most affordable subcompact SUV in the market.

Nissan is aiming big and revamping its portfolio under the name of Nissan NEXT. Nissan shares the manufacturing facility with Renault and Mitsubishi under the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi alliance. The upcoming Renault Kiger will be manufactured in the same plant and will also share the underpinnings and engine options with the Magnite.
