Okaya Ferrato Disruptor E-Motorcycle Launched At Rs 1.60 Lakh

Okaya Electric's premium EV brand Ferrato has launched its first product the Disruptor at Rs 1.40 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The price of the motorcycle goes up to Rs 1.60 lakh (ex-showroom, without subsidies) The Ferrato Disruptor electric motorcycle comes with a claimed range of 129 km. Ferrato Disruptor - Design & Features

The newly launched Disruptor electric motorcycle comes with a sporty design language. It gets complete fairing at the front with a dual-headlamp setup like an ICE sports motorcycle. It has sporty graphics on the side, and the battery is vertically aligned inside the fairing to give it a neat look. The Ferrato is available in three colour options namely Thunder Blue, Inferno Red, & Midnight Shine. The brand claims the Disruptor offers a low running cost of 25 paise per km.

For the hardware, it gets a split seat setup, 17-inch alloy wheels, front and rear disc brakes with the combi brake system, telescopic front forks, and a mono shock absorber in the rear among other things.

On the features front, the motorcycle gets a digital instrument console, an advanced braking system, all LED lighting, and a remote key among other features.

Ferrato Disruptor Powertrain

The new Disruptor comes with a 3.97 kWh LFP battery pack. This battery pack gives it a claimed range of 129 km. Mated with a center-mounted PMSM motor the electric motorcycle generates 6.37 kW of peak power and 3.3 kW of nominal power. It gets a peak torque of 228 Nm and a nominal torque of 45 Nm. The battery pack takes 5 hours for a complete charge. The claimed top speed of the Ferrato Disruptor is 95 km/h. The Disruptor comes with a chain drive configuration.

Also, the motorcycle gets three drive modes namely Eco, City, & Sports. The brand has also added an optional soundbox which gives it a sound of an ICE motorcycle.
